arabescato marble vs. carrera marble

I am confused about the difference between arabescato Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) and (http://maplered.com) carrera
Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) .

I have purchased a table with arabescato top and (http://maplered.com) want my kitchen island (http://maplered.com) to
look similar to the table.  Will grade A carrera be a good  match?  I know
marbe is soft but the island (http://maplered.com) will not be the main cooking or prep area in my
kitchen.  For that I have chosen black Granite (http://tanbrown.org) (polished).
